The Roads Scholar Program was created in 1994 to recognize those who complete prescribed Nevada Transportation Technology Transfer Center workshops. There are 309 students currently enrolled in the program, 156 have graduated.

To enroll in the Roads Scholar Program, you must submit an application form. The program requires you to complete 10 designated workshops during a four-year period. They consist of four required and six elective classes. A list of the current workshops is below. Upon completing the requirements you receive a Roads Scholar certificate and your supervisor is notified in writing about your achievement.

Additional Workshops

   Other workshops on topics not previously listed are offered periodically throughout the year. The T2 Center will send you brochures describing these workshops six weeks before they are given. The workshops flyers are also inserted in the Nevada Milepost.

Continuing Education Units

   Continuing Education Units are offered upon request. An additional $10 fee is required.
